The TrailRax Ford Ranger Roof Rack is engineered for Ranger and Ranger Raptor models, providing maximum durability, rigidity, and modularity. Constructed from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels feature a 90-degree bent channel and 360° mounting for tools, gear, and accessories. Anodized black TSLOTS, made in Utah and cut to 0.015" precision, offer high stress and deflection ratings with hardware cutouts for easy installation.

A custom wind deflector matches the windshield angle to minimize noise while maintaining aerodynamics. Cutouts accommodate Heretic Studio or Baja Designs 40" light bars, sitting flush below the TSLOT face to keep the rack level for larger gear.

The mounting system uses CNC-cut stainless steel feet that distribute weight to reinforced cab points for maximum stability. Installation requires minor interior trim removal but preserves the Ranger’s headliner. Compatible with TrailRax accessories, this modular roof rack is perfect for overlanders, desert racers, and off-road enthusiasts, with the flexibility to upgrade or expand as needed.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike and the Spirit team. Definitely the go-to shop for all things camp / overland / outdoor. He helped me figure out what roof rack would work best for my 4Runner, and the rooftop tent + awning that fit my budget and what I was looking for. Don’t miss out on their camp accessories and gear either — 5 stars all around.

Mike over at Spirit is an absolute legend in the overlanding space here in Colorado. He’s been in the industry long enough to easily identify a fad versus a trend and is passionate about quality products that will make your time outdoors better. He knows the products he sells and is committed to finding the perfect fit for your adventure rig. I can’t recommend him and his team enough.

Mike and Spirit of 1876 are top notch, he's the most knowledgeable person I've found in the overland/accessory market and he'll tell you what products are worth your while, and which are not based on real world experience... He sells only the best products, and doesn't sell what's popular just because XYZ company put a bunch of money into marketing. Trust Mike with your next purchase of anything in the overland accessory field, he won't steer you wrong.
